Your holiday begins when you arrive at the airport...
We will be there greet you at the airport with a warm welcome and happy smile. Geneva takes about three hours. So just sit back, rest and relax in our minibus and enjoy the amazing scenery. The minibus will make a brief stop half way through the journey allowing you to stretch your legs and use a WC.
To ensure our complimentary transfers are available, please book your arrival day flights to arrive in the afternoon (ideally between 2pm and 5pm) and your departure day flights to depart in the morning (ideally between 1pm and 4pm) to/from Geneva in that order of preference/distance from chalet. Minibuses on the day of departure will depart no later than 9.30am so if you book flight departing later than 3pm, you will have to wait at the airport.
If you are unable to arrange flights within those times, we may be able to arrange private transfers (charges applicable) however we cannot guarantee availability outside of those times.
Transfers from/to Bourg St Maurice for the train station are complimentary on arrival/departure days only (charges apply at other times). There is no extra discount for self-drive.

You must arrive at Geneva in the afternoon, if you arrive early you will have to wait. Please do not arrive any later than 16.00. On the departure day you must book flights departing no earlier than 14.30, any later and you will have to wait.
