
In addition to your normal clothing this is a list of the type of gear you will need to bring with you. For hiking, cycling and fitness sessions you will need comfortable clothing such as T-shirts, shorts and tracksuit bottoms, good quality training shoes (perhaps two pairs) and walking/hiking boots. We also recommend a hat and a small back-pack for cameras, personal items etc. Sun glasses are worth having too, certainly for cycling or mountain biking. The sun can get hot at times, you may like to bring light long sleeve shirts and light trousers if you don't want to expose too much skin. Don't forget that the sun is often cooler but stronger in the hills and mountains. We will send you a check list before our arrival, so you don't forget anything important!
